14 September: South - Frances Vorwerg School, 370 Rifle Range Road, Haddon, 9:00 - 17:00. S 26 degrees 15'41"; E 28 degrees 02'04".
15 September: Rand Water Zwartkopjes Pumping Station, Registration Tent, 9:00 - 13:00. S 260 20' 43,7" E 280 04' 01,5"
16 September - no late entries accepted, only pre-entry race numbers to be collected from 5:00 until 25 minutes before each race.
Licenced riders must present their CSA license when registering.
